本作はルー・リードがソロアーティストとしてNYでのライヴ・デビューを飾った、リンカーン・センターで行われたトランスフォーマー・ツアーのライブ盤。バックバンドにはThe Totsが参加し、ヴェルヴェット・アンダーグラウンドの楽曲及びルー・リードのアルバム『Lou Reed』『Tansformer』の収録曲を熱演。収録される14曲はマット・ロス・スパングにより、オリジナル・マルチトラック・テープからミックスされ、今回初めてのリリースとなる。バーガンディー・ヴァイナル仕様。エド・マコーマックによる新たなエッセーと、貴重な写真も掲載。
